to inform you about our new practice, offering Periodontics and Implant Surgery in
the heart of the South shore. Our office is currently open and
accepting referrals. We are conveniently located in the city of
Saint-Lambert, right off of highway 132. We are easily accessible from
highways 10, 15, 20, 30, and routes 112, and 116.

We are a Periodontics and Implant Surgery
practice. We are a surgical center offering comprehensive services
beginning with consultations and pre-surgical planning, all the way
through surgical therapy and all associated follow up and healing
assessment appointments. We do not perform restorative therapy.
However, upon request, it would be our pleasure to provide guidance and
if desired, to mentor any colleague through the restorative phase of
their patient’s implant treatment, following the completion of
our surgical phase.
Dr. Kiarash is the founder and
director of the Centre de Chirurgie
Dentaire Zeeba. He attended Case Western Reserve
University in Cleveland Ohio, where he received his master’s
level specialty training in Periodontics and Implants. During his
three-year specialty residency, Dr. Kiarash was the principle-lead
investigator in a combined medical research study with the University
Hospital of Cleveland, involving rheumatoid arthritis patients on
biologic agents and periodontitis. He received both his Diploma in
Periodontics and Implant Dentistry as well as his Master’s Degree
in Periodontics from Case Western Reserve University. Dr. Kiarash has
had extensive training in complex implant surgery and full mouth
reconstruction involving complex bone and sinus grafting procedures. He
is trained in IV sedation. Dr. Kiarash is a Diplomate of the American
Board of Periodontology and is Board Certified by the American Academy
of Periodontology. He has lectured nationally and internationally, and
has co-chaired at the International Academy of Dental Research. Dr.
Kiarash is a member of the Academy of Osseointegration as well as, the
International Congress of Oral Implantologist. Dr. Kiarash has been in
private practice for the past four years in the United States prior to
definitively moving here, to call Québec home. Dr. Kiarash is
currently a licensed specialist in the United States as a Periodontist.
In the province of Quebec, he is currently licensed as a dental surgeon
while he is in the process of attaining his local recognition as a
Periodontist. Dr. Kiarash attends an average of 100 hours of continuing
education per year. On his time off work and away from CE, he enjoys
the outdoors and likes to ski, golf and scuba.
